Digital Purchase Policy
Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded if this is requested via email to support@anandmasterji.com within 3 days of the purchase only if license key doesn’t work. No Licenses will be refunded after this period. Software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller, all software is provided by Microsoft and copyright of that company.

Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues
The only case in which a valid and working license can be refunded is in case of a duplicated order, not any other
Defective keycodes will be replaced or refunded depending on customer’s choice. Defective codes can only be proven by the company only with an output from Microsoft.
The license key remains accessible in the messages even after we’ve sent it. Deleting the message post-delivery doesn’t guarantee that you haven’t copied and utilized the key. It’s essential to recognize that once delivered, the responsibility of safeguarding the key lies with you, and any subsequent misuse cannot be attributed to us.
In MS Office 365, only your preferred name is displayed, without the domain. This technical limitation is beyond our control, and we cannot issue refunds for this reason.
1. General Policy
As our products are digital software licenses, all sales are final once the product key has been delivered. However, under specific circumstances, refunds may be granted as outlined in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Defective or Invalid Product Key: If the product key provided is invalid, already used, or cannot be activated despite following the correct activation process.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you have been charged multiple times for the same product due to a system error.
- Incorrect Product Delivery: If you received the wrong product key that does not match your order.
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide valid proof, such as activation failure screenshots, error messages, or proof of incorrect product delivery.
- Ensure that the product key has not been used or shared with others.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: We do not accept refund requests if you no longer want the product after purchase.
- Incorrect Purchase by Customer: If you purchased the wrong product due to negligence or without verifying system requirements.
- Software Compatibility Issues: If the software is incompatible with your system or device.
- Unauthorized Resale: If the product key has been resold or shared with others after purchase.
- Delayed Activation: Refunds are not provided if you choose not to activate the product key immediately or delay activation beyond the eligible refund period.
- Force Majeure & Security Issues: Refunds will not be granted in cases of loss due to hacking, data loss, or unauthorized access beyond our control.
4. Refund Request & Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
- We may request additional information to verify the claim before proceeding with the refund.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting our support team first may be blacklisted from future purchases. We encourage resolving issues through our customer service channels before taking external actions.
6. Amendments & Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and it is the customer's responsibility to review policy updates before making a purchase.
7. Cancellation Policy
Once the order is received it can’t be cancelled.
Anand Tech Group does not take responsibility for any underlying local issues with the computer that could prevent the normal functioning of any software
