- Click on "Cancel Order" if the option is available

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
1.2 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:
- Payment issues (e.g., fraud detection, payment failure)
- Stock unavailability
- Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.
2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
You can return items within 15 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories, tags, and manuals are included
- Proof of purchase (order receipt) is provided
2.2 Non-Returnable Items

- Go to Return Center and submit a return request
- Package the item securely
- Ship the item to our return center (address provided in confirmation email)
- After receiving the item, we will inspect and process the refund
2.4 Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
- Wallet/Store Credit: Within 24 hours
If you do not receive a refund within the specified timeframe, please contact our support team.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund:
- Check your bank statement
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to process)

4. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product, email us at support@anandmasterji.com with pictures of the item.
