These terms govern how customers, visitors, and account holders may use the Anand Master Ji storefront, customer account area, checkout, order tools, reviews, and related services. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Use of the storefront
You may use the site only for lawful browsing, product discovery, account management, and legitimate purchase-related activities.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration, checkout, profile edits, and address updates is complete and accurate.
We may refuse service, restrict access, or cancel activity if usage appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or operationally unsafe.
2. Account Security
Your credentials and account access
Credential protection
You must keep your password, authentication messages, and account recovery information confidential and updated.
Authorized use only
You may not share accounts in a way that creates unauthorized purchases, exposure of invoice data, or misleading identity information.
Incident reporting
If you suspect unauthorized access, report it promptly so account activity, recent orders, and security notifications can be reviewed.
3. Listings, Pricing & Stock
Catalog information and availability
We try to keep product information, specifications, prices, taxes, stock visibility, HSN details, and images accurate, but occasional errors or availability changes may occur.
Placing products in a cart, wishlist, or checkout flow does not reserve stock until the order is accepted and recorded.
We may correct listing errors, update pricing, limit quantities, or cancel orders affected by technical issues, inventory mismatches, fraud review, or pricing mistakes.
4. Orders & Cancellation
How order acceptance works
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not guarantee shipment until payment, stock, and operational checks are completed.
Customer-initiated cancellation is generally available only while the order remains in a pending or processing state. After packing, shipment, dispatch handoff, or other advanced fulfillment stages, online cancellation may no longer be available.
We may suspend, reject, split, or cancel orders when payment verification fails, inventory is unavailable, address data is risky or incomplete, or policy abuse is detected.
5. Reviews & User Content
Content you submit
Reviews, ratings, feedback, and similar content must be truthful, lawful, non-defamatory, and related to genuine product or service experience.
You may not submit material that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, discloses private data without permission, or manipulates marketplace trust.
We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates policy, appears fake, exposes sensitive data, or creates legal or security concerns.
6. Payments & Third Parties
Checkout, payment providers, and external services
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another configured payment partner, and their operational terms may also apply to the transaction.
We may use email providers, delivery partners, analytics tools, and technical vendors as required to operate the service, process orders, and communicate important alerts.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, systems, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control, even when linked to the storefront workflow.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are not allowed
Fraud and misuse
Fake orders, abusive chargeback behavior, coupon misuse, credential stuffing, and impersonation are prohibited.
System interference
Automated scraping, malware, denial-of-service behavior, or attempts to bypass permissions are not permitted.
Data abuse
You may not collect, mine, or republish customer, pricing, inventory, or visitor information without authorization.
Enforcement
We may restrict accounts, block access, cancel orders, or preserve records for legal, operational, or security reasons.
8. Liability & Updates
Service limits and policy changes
The storefront is provided on an operational basis, and while we work to keep it available, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for indirect, incidental, speculative, or consequential losses arising from site use, delays, or third-party failures.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply going forward.
